Print Custom Re-board®
Re-board®, also known as honeycomb cardboard, is a lightweight, strong, and recyclable material. It features a sandwich construction with a double-sided white top layer.
The material is available in a thickness of 10 mm with a maximum print width of 152 x 314 cm. Additionally, it comes in a 16 mm thickness option, with a maximum print width of 152 x 305 cm. Re-board® can be printed on both sides.
Fully Recyclable and Easy to Recycle
Re-board® is a sustainable material that is fully recyclable due to its composition. Good to know: after use, this material can be recycled with regular paper waste.
Common Applications
While Re-board® is not water-resistant, it does not absorb water. It can be used outdoors in good weather, but it is primarily used indoors.
The most common applications for Re-board® include POS displays, cut-out letters, trade show walls, wall panels, 3D constructions, life-sized figures, signage, and furniture.

Assembly Tips
Mounting Re-board® panels on the wall is straightforward using double-sided tape, permacol glue, or screws. In the latter case, you can easily choose the number of drill holes for your panel. If you want your Re-board® panel to stand freely, consider using a Re-board® foot.

Can I use a V-cut in my design?
Yes! With an inclined moving blade, we cut in V-shape. A 45° bevel is cut on both sides so that the angle is 90°. V-shape cutting does not go through the whole sheet. The bottom layer remains, so folding is possible.
What printing technique do you use for this material?
The UV printing technique! Here the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this goes away after a while.
