Print Dibond® XL

Dibond® XL has the same quality as regular Dibond®, but it’s designed for larger formats. Dibond®, also known as an aluminum panel, is a sandwich panel with three distinct layers. This sheet material is lightweight yet exceptionally sturdy due to the special combination of aluminum with a black plastic core.


You can order sheets up to 400 x 196 cm in one piece, avoiding seams and achieving an even more impressive result! The XL variant is printed on Dibond® budget. This budget-friendly option is available in 3 mm thickness, and we print directly onto the panel.

Weather-Resistant

Thanks to its material composition, Dibond® is weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. It has minimal expansion, unlike other materials that may warp due to high humidity.

Common Applications

The most common applications for Dibond® XL include facade signs, advertising boards, and construction signs. Its weather resistance makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Mounting Tips

When working with Dibond® XL, ensure proper preparation for mounting. These large, heavy panels can be challenging to handle alone. Keep in mind that Dibond® may expand slightly. To facilitate positioning and movement of the sheet material, consider allowing extra space for the mounting holes.

What is the best way to clean Dibond® XL?

You can clean Dibond® XL with a damp fabric and, if necessary, with all-purpose cleaner. Do not apply too much pressure, this will prevent damage to the material. Then dry the sheet with a cloth.
What production technique do you use for this material?

The UV printing technique! Here the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this goes away after a little while.
