Polyprop, also known as channel board, comes in thicknesses of 3.5 or 8 mm and features channels. The smooth, corrugated material can be cut by us to make it foldable. After use, polyprop can be easily stored due to its lightweight and material strength.

Channel board is easy to hang due to its lightweight nature. It is fully recyclable thanks to its material composition. Additionally, it is virtually unbreakable due to its flexibility.

Polyprop can be used both indoors and outdoors. The most common applications for polyprop include real estate signs, window signs, birth announcement signs, lamppost signs, panels, and advertising boards.
Mounting Tips
You can easily mount polyprop using double-sided tape or suction cups. The material is easy to drill because it is not a hard material.

In what thicknesses is Polypropylene available?
This material is available in 3, 5 and 8 mm.
What is the best way to clean Polypropylene?
You can clean Polypropylene with a damp cloth and if necessary with all-purpose cleaner. Don't apply too much pressure, this way you will avoid damaging the material. Then dry the plate with a cloth.
Can Polypropylene be folded?
To fold Polypropylene, you can have us cut the material. You can score it yourself later if you like.
What printing technique do you use for this material?
The UV printing technique! Here the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this goes away after a little while.
