Get Dibond® printed
Dibond®, also known as aluminium panel, is a sandwich panel with three different layers. This panel material is lightweight, yet very sturdy thanks to the special combination of aluminium with a black plastic core. You can choose from 3, 4 and 6 mm thicknesses. You can choose from three variants: budget, premium and digital.
Dibond® budget is the most economical of the three. For a consistent basic colour, go for Dibond® Premium. In terms of properties and price, it is the perfect middle ground between budget and digital. Dibond® digital has a constant base colour and can be printed on both sides. These materials have a maximum print width of 146 x 301 cm in one piece.
Weather-resistant sheet material
Due to the special composition of the material, Dibond® is weatherproof. The material has a low expansion rate, making it suitable for outdoor use. Whereas other materials can warp due to high humidity, Dibond® does not warp.
Most common applications
Dibond® is most commonly used as a facade sign, billboard, wall decoration, milled letters, panels, wall circles, hexagons, construction sign, displays, signage and in stand construction.
Need a big plate? Then go for Dibond® XL. You can order these panels up to 400 x 196 cm in one piece. Going for a unique look? Then chooseDibond® Butler Finish. This material has a brushed aluminium top layer and is often used for photo on panel..
Coating: more luxurious look and extra protection
The special coating ensures more intense colours and gives extra protection to the surface. Thanks to the coating, the material is not damaged by environmental factors and can be wiped off with detergent. The same products, but with even better quality. Coating is currently possible on Dibond® premium, Dibond® digital and Dibond® 6 mm.
Mounting tips
Due to its light weight, the material is easy to mount on facades and (flat) walls. Good to know: Dibond® can expand slightly. We therefore recommend that you keep the drill holes slightly wider. This makes it easier to position and move the sheet material.

In what thicknesses is Dibond® available?
This material is available in 3, 4 and 6 mm.
What is the best way to clean Dibond®?
You can clean Dibond® with a damp cloth and, if necessary, with all-purpose cleaner. Do not apply too much pressure, this will prevent damage to the material. Then dry the sheet with a cloth.
What printing technique do you use for this material?
The UV printing technique! Here the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this goes away after a little while.
