Dibond® Butler Finish is a sandwich panel with a top layer of stylish brushed aluminum. This provides a unique appearance for the material. It consists of two layers of aluminum with a hard black plastic core.
This material weighs 3.5 kg per m² and is only available in a thickness of 3 mm. The maximum print width in one piece is 146 x 301 cm.
Unique Industrial Look
The top layer of this material is gray brushed, offering a distinctive appearance compared to a white panel. You have the option to choose between a vertical or horizontal brushing direction.
Through the print, the material’s structure remains visible, giving your design a unique industrial look. Dibond® Butler Finish is the only product in our assortment with this distinctive appearance.
Common Applications
Dibond® Butler Finish is suitable for outdoor applications as it is weather-resistant. Additionally, it can be used in public spaces because it is fire-retardant.
The most common applications for Dibond® Butler Finish include facade signs, advertising boards, cut-out letters, panels, wall circles, hexagons, and construction signs.
Mounting Tips
Dibond® Butler Finish is lightweight and easy to mount on facades and flat walls. You can choose from various hanging systems: spacers, blind hanging system, or hanging plates. You can also secure Dibond® with screws or adhesive.
Keep in mind that Dibond® Butler Finish may expand slightly. We recommend leaving the drill holes slightly larger so that you can position and move the sheet material more easily.

What is the best way to clean Dibond® Butler Finish?
You can clean Dibond® Butler Finish with a damp cloth and, if necessary, with all-purpose cleaner. Make sure not to apply too much pressure, this way you'll avoid damaging the material. Then dry the board with a cloth.
What printing technique do you use for this material?
The UV printing technique! Here the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this goes away after a while.
