Avery MPI™ 1105 EARS Printing
The Avery Dennison MPI™ 1105 EARS is a white, glossy cast printable film with high flexibility. This film features a gray adhesive layer that ensures good coverage on a colored substrate.
The material has a maximum print width of 148 cm in one piece and is available in two different versions. You can order it with either a matte or glossy laminate. The laminate enhances the film’s resistance to high temperatures and moisture.
Easy Apply™ Technology
This film is easy to install thanks to the Easy Apply™ technology. This special technology provides maximum air release and prevents the formation of air bubbles during installation. Additionally, the film has RS functionality, meaning it can be easily repositioned and shifted. You can remove the material after an extended period without leaving adhesive residue.
Common Applications
The adhesive layer of the Avery MPI™ 1105 EARS is suitable for longer applications. The film is ideal for various 3D applications, such as car wraps, due to its material flexibility. You can also use this film for flat and slightly curved applications.
Expanded Color Range with Eco-Solvent Printers
You have the option to choose between standard or extremely high print quality. With standard print quality, your film is printed on a latex printer. For extremely high quality, an Eco-Solvent printer is used. The significant advantage of this printer? It accommodates nine different ink colors, resulting in a much broader color range for your prints, making them even more vibrant and beautiful.

What is the expected lifespan of this film?
Expect a lifespan of 9 years for indoor applications and 5 years for outdoor applications. There are several factors that can affect this lifespan. These include UV light, weather conditions and substrate.
If my film is split, how much overlap is included?
Proceed on the basis of 1.5 cm. In the uploader you indicate in how many parts you want to split your file. We will then take the overlap into account, so you do not have to do this yourself.
What printing technique is used for this material?
Latex. This printing technique has many advantages. Water-based inks are used, making them odorless and somewhat environmentally friendly. The inks soak into the material, making them highly scratch-resistant.
For extremely high print quality, we use Epson Eco-Solvent printers. The inks are turpentine-based and have a recognizable odor. The inks have a greenguard certificate. This certificate is awarded to products that meet strict air quality standards.
