Printing Sandblast Film
Sandblast film or 'etched glass' film is a matte, light gray window film. This privacy film is transparent and also has a transparent, permanent adhesive layer. The material has a maximum print width of 133cm in one piece and has a matte appearance.
Privacy Film
The well-known Sandblast film offers privacy both during the day and at night. You can look inside, but you don't see any details. You can decorate this film yourself with a cool full-color print. This frosted glass film also blocks the sun and heat while retaining natural light.
Most Common Applications
You can use Sandblast film both indoors and outdoors. Because it has a privacy effect, it is used, for example, in restaurants, hospitals, or offices as window film or stickers. The material is not fire-retardant, so it is not suitable for public spaces.

What is the expected lifespan of this film?
Expect a lifespan of 4 years for indoor applications and 4 years for outdoor applications. There are several factors that can affect this lifespan. These include UV light, weather conditions and substrate.
If my film is split, how much overlap is included?
Proceed on the basis of 1.5 cm. In the uploader you can specify in how many parts you want to split your file. We will then take the overlap into account, so you do not have to do this yourself.
What printing technique is used for this material?
The UV printing technique! Here, the ink is hardened by a UV lamp. The ink is scratch-resistant and gives a beautiful finish. Good to know: the print is not odor-free, this will wear off after a little while.
